Alright everyone, it's time I let you in on a not-so-secret secret. I have another blog, which I call my weight loss journal. It catalogues my workouts and random diets. I've had it for quite awhile now, but didn't want to make it public knowledge. Now it is. I'm making it such for accountability, so that I know more people are actually reading it, and I actually keep posting. I've been better recently, and I intend to continue on this trend, which is why I'm announcing this...you'll find the link over in my links menu, as soon as I finish this post and update it. Feel free to comment, good, bad, suggestions, tips, whatever you please. Whatever messages are left, I promise not to get upset or offended. :) Ok, there's my little intro to it. Check it out!

Hey, that's a good idea! I'll be there commenting as often as I can.
Have you tried FitDay, too? That's what I'm using right now. It's free, and it lets you enter your food, exercise, weight, and goals and makes charts for you.
