I found another picture of that dog...but I still can't find out what breed it is! Oh well...this one looks older than the last one.

I'm really wondering if that maybe isn't hair dye. But I also don't care because it's so cute!! I want one! But since I've managed to develop an allergy to rats, I don't think furry pet ownership is in my future. :)

I think the dog is a Chow and the fur looks like it is dyed.
